Loader Joystick Operation Guide

Nov 20, 2025

Basic Joystick Functions Explained
The loader joystick design is intuitive, mainly divided into two parts: the left joystick controls the bucket's raising, lowering, and tilting, while the right joystick controls the vehicle's forward and reverse movement.

Left Joystick: Pushing forward lowers the bucket, pulling back raises the bucket; pushing left retracts the bucket, pushing right tilts the bucket outward.

Right Joystick: Pushing forward moves the load forward, pulling back moves it backward; swinging left and right controls steering.

Precautions: Maintain smooth operation and avoid sudden pushes and pulls.

Operating Techniques and Common Scenarios
Mastering these techniques will make operating your loader easier:

Precise Loading: Lower the bucket to the appropriate height first, then slowly move it forward to scoop up the material.

Smooth Transport: Keep the bucket low to avoid... Material spillage

Efficient unloading: When approaching the unloading point, first raise the bucket, then tilt it outwards to unload.

Steering control: Steering is more flexible at low speeds; slow down in advance at high speeds.

Safety operating points: Safety is always the top priority. Remember these points:

Check that the control lever is in the neutral position before starting.

Maintain focus and observe the surrounding environment during operation.

Avoid prolonged continuous operation to prevent the control lever from overheating.

When stopping, ensure the bucket is on the ground and the control lever is returned to its original position.

Beginners are advised to practice in an open area before actual operation.
