The installation process is very simple. The required tools are as follows: needle-nose pliers, diagonal pliers, Phillips screwdriver, box wrench, multimeter, electric drill, cable wiring and materials.
(a) First, ensure the original overhead crane wired controller is functioning correctly.
(b) Always disconnect the overhead crane's main power supply before installation.
(c) Choose a stable location where the receiver is easily visible within the operating range.
(d) Install away from protruding objects in the factory, motors, relays, cables, high-voltage wiring equipment, and any obstructions that may block radio wave transmission.
(e) Do not install remote controls of the same frequency within 50 meters.
(f) Ensure the wiring is secure and correct.
(g) After installation, test the transmitter's output to ensure it matches the original wired controller.
(h) After securing the original wired controller, the installation is complete.
